    At Rue Sophie, each piece is intentionally crafted in limited quantities to honor timeless design and conscious consumption. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

    Return Window

    Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, free of animal hair, with all original tags attached. Please allow us 1 - 3 business days to process your return.

    Restocking Fee 

    • For Made-to-Order items: If you return all items, a restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund. If you keep at least one item, a return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
    • For Ready-to-Ship items: A return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

    Fit defines the silhouette. If the size isn't quite right we encourage you to exchange for one that truly suits you. With Instant Exchange,

    Direct Refund

    • Issued to your original payment once the return is inspected and approved.
    • Please allow 7–21 business days for your bank to process and apply the credit to your original form of payment.

    FREE EXCHANGES

      Free exchanges are available for all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. 
      Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns, provided they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, free of animal hair, with all original tags attached. 
      Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

      SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS 

        Final Sale Policy
        Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments, even if further discounted after purchase. 

         

        Sale Policy
        Sale items can be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchanged for another item. Refunds are not available for sale items.

         

        How to Exchange Sale Items?
        To exchange a qualifying Sale item, begin your request through our exchange portal here. A $5.00 shipping fee applies, and exchanges will be shipped via standard shipping to the address provided at checkout. All exchange items must include the provided return shipping label and correct return authorization to be processed.

         

         

        INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

          At this time, RueSophie.com does not accept international returns or exchanges.
