Size & Fit Guide
Refer to the size chart on each product page, which includes measurements specific to that piece.
Additionally, we provide fit information (Fitted, Oversized, Relaxed, True to Size) to give you a sense of how the item is designed to drape or conform to your body.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend checking the item’s fit description. For a closer fit, choose the smaller size, and for a more relaxed fit, select the larger.

Each product page includes specific measurements for every available size within the SIZE GUIDE chart, helping you to make an informed choice based on your body measurements.
For the most accurate measurements, we recommend using a soft measuring tape and following these guidelines:
• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, typically the narrowest part of your torso.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 8 inches below your waist.
We categorize our fits to give you more clarity on the style of each piece:
• Fitted: Close to the body, creating a tailored look.
• Oversized Fit: A looser silhouette for a laid-back style.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all continental US orders over $100, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping options are available with email sign-up for qualifying orders.
Rue Sophie ships domestically through UPS with the following options:
• Standard: 5-8 business days (Free for orders $100 and up)
• UPS Next Day Air®: 1 business day (Calculated at checkout)
• UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days (Calculated at checkout)
• UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (Calculated at checkout)
• UPS Standard: 3-7 business days (Calculated at checkout)
• Made-to-orders: 7-12 business days (Calculated at checkout)
• International orders are shipped via Fedex, DHL Express International® or UPS International®.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or company-observed holidays.
Yes, we ship to selected international locations. Additional customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer easy returns on unworn items with original tags within 21 days of purchase, except international orders. For returns, a flat fee associated with the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original product packaging.

We offer free exchanges on all US orders. Exchanges are dispatched upon receipt of the original return.

For items labeled Dry clean only, we recommend taking them to a professional dry cleaner to maintain fabric quality, structure, and color. Avoid at-home cleaning methods, as they may damage the garment.
Certain garments can be machine washed with care. For pieces labeled Machine wash cold in a mesh bag with like colors, follow these steps:
• Place the garment in a mesh laundry bag.
• Use a cold water setting and wash with similar colors.
• Do not use bleach.
• Line dry to maintain shape.
• If needed, use a cool iron to smooth out any wrinkles.
For delicate fabrics such as wool, cashmere, silk, leather, viscose, and poplin, we recommend dry clean only to preserve their quality, texture, and structure. Taking these pieces to a professional dry cleaner ensures they’re cared for properly.
For delicate items labeled Hand wash cold, please follow these guidelines:
• Gently wash by hand in cold water to protect the fabric.
• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
• Line dry to prevent stretching or distortion.
• Use a cool iron if needed to smooth any creases.
