FREE 30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY - U.S. ONLY
We apologize, but at this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our international customers. We understand this may be disappointing, and we’re actively working on introducing this option in the future. For now, please note that all international sales are final.
- Free Exchange: U.S. customers can exchange items free of charge.
- Exchange Window: Items must be dropped off and scanned by our designated carrier within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange to be accepted. For multi-shipment orders, each shipment has its own 30-day window.
- Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Items with stains, strong odors, or animal fur are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned at your expense.
- Exchange Process: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost.

Black Friday Sale & The Archive Sale Policy
All Black Friday Sale and The Archives Sale items are Final Sale and are non-refundable. However, we’re pleased to offer these options to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase:- Exchange (U.S. Only): You may exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size (if available) or an item of equal or greater value. If the size or item you need is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit so you can explore and select other pieces from Rue Sophie at your convenience. A flat fee of $9.99 will apply for return shipping.
- Exchange Window: Items must be dropped off and scanned by our designated carrier within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange to be accepted. For multi-shipment orders, each shipment has its own 7-day window.
- International Orders: We apologize, but at this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our international customers. We understand this may be disappointing, and we’re actively working on introducing this option in the future.
- No Returns: Please note that any items discounted over 15% and marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. However, free exchanges are available for the same item if sizes are available.
- Exchange Option (U.S. Only): U.S. customers can exchange final sale items, but returns are not allowed.
- Return Window: Items must be dropped off and scanned by our designated carrier within 30 days of the delivery date for a return to be accepted. For multi-shipment orders, each shipment has its own 30-day window.
- Return Fees: $9.99 return fee (deducted from your refund).
- Return Processing: Items must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within this 30-day period. Returns initiated after this time are not accepted.
- Refunds: Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: It may take 3-4 business days to process your return once received. After processing, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unused, and include original tags and packaging.
- Damage Policy: Items with stains, strong odors, or animal fur are considered damaged and ineligible for a refund. Damaged items will be returned to you, with shipping fees applied.
