RETURNS
Products are eligible for return within 21 days of the original shipping date, provided they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, free of animal hair, with all original tags attached.
- For Made-to-Order items: If you return all items, a restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund. If you keep at least one item, a return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
- For Ready-to-Ship items: A return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
FREE EXCHANGES
Free exchanges are available for all full-priced items within 21 days of the original shipping date. Once your item has been received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped.
Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns, provided they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, free of animal hair, with all original tags attached.
PROCESSING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Once your return or exchange has been inspected and approved, a confirmation email will be sent indicating whether an exchange, a refund or store credit has been issued. Please allow 7–21 business days for your bank to process and apply the credit to your original form of payment.
Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer with shipping fees applied.
SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
What is considered “Final Sale”?
Items marked as “Final Sale” (discounted by 40% or more) cannot be returned for a refund. For U.S. orders, these items may be exchanged once for the same item in a different size, if available. If the preferred size isn’t in stock, no exchanges will be processed, but store credit will be issued. Final Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments, even if further discounted after purchase. For orders outside the U.S., Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is our Sale Policy?
Sale items (discounted less than 40%) can be returned within 21 days for store credit or exchanged for another item. Refunds are not available for sale items.
How to Exchange Final Sale and Sale Items?
To exchange a qualifying Final Sale or Sale item, begin your request through our exchange portal here. A $5.00 shipping fee applies, and exchanges will be shipped via standard shipping to the address provided at checkout. All exchange items must include the provided return shipping label and correct return authorization to be processed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time, RueSophie.com does not accept international returns or exchanges.
