  • Peeling (We recommend using a fabric shaver for pilling and surface wear.)

  • Buttons (We offer a DIY option: a replacement button will be included with your next order, or you may pay for shipping to receive it sooner.)

  • Ensure your garment is clean before sending it. Items received unwashed will be returned to you at your expense for cleaning.

  • Repair Timeline: Our standard repair timeline is 2 to 5 weeks from the time we receive your item.

  • You cover the cost of shipping your item to our repair center.
  • Rue Sophie will cover the cost of return shipping back to you. (This service is available in the USA only.)
